Our Events Coordinator is on hand with help and advice, to help make your event run smoothly. We can accommodate small and large parties in any one of our 5 function rooms. Each function is tailored to your individual needs and requirements. Staff are more than willing to show you around the function rooms without any obligation. Our new function room is now complete!

The function room has been extended and fully refurbished. The room can now sit up to 350 people. It has its own private bar for party guests and three bi-folding doors which open out onto our courtyard. To arrange a viewing please call the hotel.


Weddings
We take great pride and care in helping you organise your Big Day with us. We understand that is often the small details that count, thats why staff at the Edgbaston Palace can organise everything from arranging for balloons, flowers, table decorations to organising the DJ.

The ballroom itself overlooks our courtyard, giving the room a very open spacious feel. Our maintained gardens offer a perfect setting for photographs to be taken. Our Bridal Suit is complimentary when you book your Wedding with us, again staff are willing to show you around, we know that you will be surprised!

Functions
With 3 pricing options to suit all budgets, our 4 course Sit Down Meals offer excellent value for money. The menu consists of a wide selection of meals which are flexible to any changes you require.

We have a separate menu for the younger members of the family, (under 12’s), so even they can feel Special at your event. You will be spoilt for choice with our buffets which boast a varied selection of choices to suit all tastes. Please feel free to discuss the menu options with us.

Conferences

Whether it is a small or large event we will provide you with the facilities you require to make the day run smoothly. We offer a range of different packages which can be tailored to your individual needs. Buffets and overnight accommodation can be included in the packages.
